Ovation Hearing is proud to offer FREE Ground shipping within the contiguous United States on all Ovation Hearing Aid orders! A shipping and handling charge of $6.95 will be added to any accessory order $99 and under. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of placing an order, and arrive at your door within 4-6 business days of placing an order.
All orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will have a shipping charge assigned to the order. This amount will be calculated in the shopping cart, prior to purchase. Ovation Hearing does not ship Internationally.

Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED! All Ovation Hearing Aids come with a 60-Day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, call us within 60 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and instructions on how to return your device.
If you are returning your hearing aid because it has stopped working properly, first perform the following checks as this may fix the issue you’ve encountered.
- Thoroughly clean or replace the ear tips, ear tubes, and/or wax guards
- Insert new batteries
- Make sure the device is in the ON position

The 60-day trial period will start from the day you receive your device, which will be indicated in the shipment tracking information included in your order status email.
If you decide to return a product, please request an RMA no later than 60 days after the date of delivery.
This Returns Policy applies only to hearing aids and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Ovation Accessory Kits are not eligible for returns.
Returns for Ovation Dry Cases and Dryboxes are only accepted if the product is in new and unused condition.
Note that this Returns Policy will not apply, if an Ovation Hearing device has been modified or damaged, or if the serial number has been altered, or if any repairs have been made to the device by anyone other than an authorized Ovation Hearing Repair Specialist.
